Basic Home Screen widgets do not require Premium. Missing Premium pinning is a separate Lock Screen issue.

How to do it
Confirm the app is installed and opens
Find Sticky Widgets on the device and open it once. Check that your active note contains the text you expect.
Distinguish a missing placement from a blank one
If no widget is on the Home Screen, add one from the gallery. If one is already there but empty, inspect its selected note.
Select an active note
Touch and hold the widget, choose Edit Widget, and select your intended note in the Note field. Confirm the note has not been archived.
Record what still fails
If the app is absent from the gallery or the selected note is still blank, check for app and system updates, restart the device, and contact support with the exact symptom.
If Sticky Widgets is absent from the gallery
Open the installed app and then return to the system widget gallery. Search for the app there, rather than looking for a particular note’s name. The gallery lists apps and available widget types.
If the app still does not appear, note the device and system version and whether it was recently installed or updated. A device restart is a reasonable bounded check. Reinstalling is not the first troubleshooting step when your app contains notes you want to keep.
If the widget exists but has no text
Check the corresponding note in the app. If it is empty there too, you are investigating note content rather than only a widget display problem.
If the app shows the correct text, inspect Edit Widget and its Note field. A new placement needs to point to the intended note. An archived or different selected note can make a normal-looking placement seem blank or wrong.
Send support a useful description
Explain whether the problem is in the gallery, placement, app library, or displayed text. Include your device model, system version, app version, and the checks you tried.
A screenshot with private content removed can show the difference between a missing placement and a blank note. Keep a copy of important text before making account, sync, or installation changes.
Common questions
Do I need Premium to make the Home Screen widget appear?
No. Basic Home Screen notes and widgets are free.
Will creating lots of new notes fix a blank widget?
First check which note the widget selects. More duplicate notes can make the selection harder to understand.
Should I delete and reinstall the app?
Preserve important notes and complete the selection, update, and restart checks first. Contact support before destructive troubleshooting.
Need a hand?
Contact Sticky Widgets support with your device, system version, and what happened. Keep private note content out of your message.
