How to do it
Write the useful part first
Create a short note or checklist. Pick the widget size you intend to use before judging the appearance.
Open customization
Open the note’s appearance controls. Begin with a background and font that keep every word legible.
Adjust the layout
Change alignment, maximum text size, or rotation as needed. Check the preview with your actual sentence, including its longest words.
Test it on your Home Screen
Apply the appearance and view the widget beside your wallpaper and app icons. Simplify a style that makes the note harder to notice or read.
Choose a palette around the note’s job
A quiet reference note may blend with your wallpaper, while an urgent short task can use a stronger contrast. You do not need every note to demand equal attention.
When several widgets are visible, choose a small set of styles you can recognize. A consistent color for work and another for errands can make the layout easier to scan without changing the content.
Give decorative choices a readability check
Gradients, mesh gradients, patterns, and a wide font library create many possible looks. Test them with the actual text, not just a short preview phrase. A busy background can be attractive while making a long list harder to read.
Rotation can give a note character, but a large angle uses space and makes lines harder to scan. Keep a practical note close to level if the style starts competing with the message.
Common questions
Can I use my own photo as a note background?
These guides describe supported colors, gradients, and patterns. They do not promise a photo-background feature.
Do I need Premium for every attractive style?
No. Classic colors and three fonts are free, along with alignment, size, and rotation.
Can I reuse an appearance on another note?
Premium style presets let you save and apply an appearance. See the preset guide for a practical workflow.
