Scheduled reminders require Premium. Ordinary Home Screen notes and checklists remain free.

How to do it
Prepare a clear note
Write the instruction you want to be reminded about. Make it specific enough to understand when the alert arrives later.
Open reminder controls
Use the Reminders area in Sticky Widgets to configure a reminder for the intended note. Check the note and chosen time before saving.
Allow notifications
Check Sticky Widgets notification permissions in system settings. Also review any Focus or delivery settings that could affect when you see alerts.
Test with an unimportant reminder
Try a reminder for a nearby time while you can inspect the result. Keep important deadlines in the scheduling system you already trust.
Pick the right kind of cue
A sticky note saying ‘Bring the books’ is useful each time you glance at your Home Screen. A reminder for your departure time adds an alert when that instruction becomes relevant.
You can use both for the same underlying job. The widget does not schedule an alert simply because its text includes a date or time, and pinning does not substitute for a configured reminder.
Check permissions before repeating setup
If a reminder is configured but you do not see it, inspect notification permission and device delivery settings. A Focus mode or other system setting can change how an alert appears.
Record the scheduled time and what the device actually displayed. That is more useful for support than repeatedly creating the same reminder without checking its settings.
Keep the note and its schedule current
Review reminders when the associated task changes. A note that now describes a different errand should not silently carry an old timing assumption.
Before archiving or changing a note with an important reminder, inspect the reminder setup and retain the information you need. This guide does not promise delivery independent of permissions, device conditions, or service availability.
Common questions
Will writing ‘tomorrow at 9’ in a note automatically schedule an alert?
Use the reminder controls to configure the intended note and time. Text alone is not a scheduled reminder.
Does a pinned note guarantee a notification?
No. Pinning is a Live Activity presentation; scheduled notification reminders are a separate feature.
What should I send support if an alert is missing?
Include the device and system version, configured time, permission state, and what you observed. Avoid sending sensitive note content.
Need a hand?
Contact Sticky Widgets support with your device, system version, and what happened. Keep private note content out of your message.
